And so it begins...

Garage sales, estate sales, flea markets, organizing everything (I’m a newbie) and making something new out of something old are all things that I adore. During the summer I am off work and I find myself bored out of my mind. While my fabulous boyfriend is at work all day, and I apply online for summer jobs I never seem to find, I need something creative to focus on. I already have a teaching blog but now I want to dedicate an entire blog to the other aspects of my life that I love! I will use this blog as an outlet for my creativity and because I will be working on these projects anyway, I might as well explain what I am doing to you fine folks in the hopes that in may inspire you as well. My boyfriend Jacob will pop in from time to time (when he isn’t passed out on the couch from a long day of engineering J) to give his insight on projects we work on together or to comment on the things he finds amusing along the way. We can’t wait to get started, and look forward to posting our first official project tomorrow. This isn't necessarily a project that many guys would find super useful but it is one that I am pretty excited about. J isn't too interested in this one as I suspected but I gotta love him because he didn’t call me crazy for wanting to start a blog and he will spend a day roasting in the sun when it is 90 degrees out to garage sale with me and won’t complain when I only buy one item that costs a quarter!
